Jewellery Smithing Course

My workshop is open to people who wish to learn how to jewellery smith. Are you completely new to the subject? Then you can start by learning the basic techniques for 10 lessons. In this time you will make 3 jewellery items. If you want to continue after that, you can sign up for follow up lessons. During these lessons, you are free to design and craft your own jewellery, under guidance by me of course.

While crafting beautiful jewellery, you’ll find it frees up your mind. During my Jewellery Smithing Course, you’ll learn the craft at your own speed and in a cosy atmosphere.

You’ll start with the basic techniques, working with alpaca (nickel silver), brass and copper. As you’re practising you’ll learn more techniques and you may progress to work with silver or even gold.

We work in small groups, where beginners and experienced participants inspire each other. I’ll be personally giving guidance and sharing my years of experience with you. You’ll be astounded by the result.

The workshop is my playground, and you’ll have access to it during this course.

Time:

Tuesday evening van 19:30 – 22:00 pm.

Wednesday  morning 9:00 – 11:30 am.

Friday morning  9:00 – 11:30 am.

You can start whenever it suits you. If there is room.

There is no course during holidays, school holidays and the week before the Christmas holidays.

Pricing September 2022 – June 2023:

10 Lesson Subscription: 325,- euro. With a flexible subscription, you can decide what lesson time slots suit you, and sign up accordingly. The lessons must be used within one year of purchasing.

All subscriptions are including materials, non-precious metal (such as alpaca, brass and copper), use of tools and equipment and coffee and tea. Other materials, such as silver, gold and gemstones can be purchased in the workshop.
